We allow both cats and dogs!There is a $295 non-refundable fee and a $40 monthly charge per pet with a two (2) pet maximum per apartment.
Dog owners may be restricted to certain areas. Breed or size restrictions may apply.
Visiting pets are not permitted on the premises, with either residents or visitors, except in the case where an animal has been professionally trained and certified to assist a disabled resident.
